Follow the steps below to use My Insurance Letters with Microsoft Word 2003.
Step 1 - Open My Insurance Letters Directly Within Microsoft Word 2003
  • To open up My Insurance Letters from Microsoft Word 2003 ... Open up Microsoft Word 2003 and then select "Tools" and "My Insurance Letters.
Step 2 - Select the Title of the Letter You Wish to View
  • Once you single click on a letter title, that letter will appear inside the "right window".
Step 3 - Highlight the Letter You Wish to Use
  • To highlight a letter, you may use any one of the following methods:
  • Click the "Select All" icon located on the toolbar.
  • Or, hold down your left mouse button and drag/highlight the entire letter.
  • Or, you may "right click" inside the body of the letter and click on "Select All".
Step 4 - Select "Insert Into MS Word"
  • Click on the icon that says "Insert into MS Word".
  • The letter will automatically be added into the document.
  • Edit the letter by inserting your personal information and then save the letter (File, Save, Name the Document, and select the Save Button).
